Customer Relations Call Center Rep
*This position will provide virtual training and a temporary work from home option due to COVID-19. The role is based in Rhode Island.
Exciting customer relations position available supporting CVS retail stores. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of the company’s purpose, strategy, and values.
Must have superb customer service skills in order to assist customers in an inbound customer contact center setting. In this role, you will serve as a customer advocate when researching, responding or interpreting company procedures or policies with the ultimate goal of delighting our valuable customers. Excellent communication skills are needed as you review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters and as you respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications. Collaboration skills are needed as you partner with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. This position will provide customer service upholding our goals of delivery through the execution of responsiveness, reliability and professionalism.
Required Qualifications :
· 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
· Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications.
· Ability to complete all required training programs.
• Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island via application form and fee (Formal training not required.)
Preferred Qualifications :
· Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting
· Call Center experience is highly desired with a focus on excellence in service delivery
· National Certification through the PTCB
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Pay: 16.00 per hour.

You must live within a reasonable commuting distance from this location as the position will only be temporarily remote, “work from home”. Due to COVID this position most likely will be remote for some time, but at some point you will be called in to work at the CVS facility. You must be willing to work at the Cumberland location and be within a reasonable commuting distance from the facility.
Training will be Mon-Fri: 9am–5:30pm for 4 weeks. Once training is complete you would start your assigned shift. You must be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 10:00am and 10pm. Your shift will include one weekend day, with split days off. For example, you may have Wednesday and Sundays off, or Tuesdays and Saturdays off. It would be a set shift that would not change or rotate each week.
