East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time clinical supervisor who will be responsible to provide clinical mentorship to masters level clinical professionals who are seeking independent licensure in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. Liaison with Human Resources and be the contact person to interface with colleges/universities to facilitate internships into clinical training program. Conduct regular, structured meetings with staff to discuss treatments and professional issues. Plan, organize, supervise and evaluate the work of masters level and non-independently licensed clinicians who are seeking independent licensure in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
Due to the critical nature of this position to both the community and the organization, EBCAP is offering a two-step sign on bonus totaling $2,000 for external candidates.
Play a vital role in developing and implementing training activities for assigned masters level and non-independently licensed clinicians and lead performance improvement and quality management initiatives. Evaluate case problems and provide leadership and consultation to assigned staff in the development and implementation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, etc. This includes the ethical application of, and adherence to clinical and administrative documentation requirements, quality, and timelines.
Licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required. Seven (7) to ten (10) years experience in mental health administration and direct clinical experience.
