Residential Community Treatment Specialist – On CallEast Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking on-call Residential Community Treatment Specialists for our residential group homes that serve both adult men and women in East Providence and Warren, RI. The Residential Community Treatment Specialist has the opportunity to cover a variety of shifts (7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, and/or 11:00 pm to 7:00 am) and duties will depend on particular shift covered. On first and second shifts, the ideal candidates will provide a variety of services that educate, teach, supervise, assist, and encourage clients to attain the highest possible levels of independence and safety. The Residential Community Treatment Specialist will coordinate clinical care of assigned clients with multi-disciplinary team and family members (if applicable) to ensure assessed needs are met. On third shift, the ideal candidates will perform housekeeping duties and administrative tasks, as well as assist and redirect clients during the night as necessary. All shifts require the observation and recording of self-administration of medications; however, training will be provided to all new staff as necessary. The Family Advocate will provide information, enrollment assistance, and support regarding the Rhode Island Health Insurance Exchange, the qualified health plans (QHPs), and publicly funded insurance, as well as, facilitate enrollment in QHPs through the electronic enrollment system. The successful candidate will be required to complete educational/certification training for health care enrollment (RI Navigator Certification and any other required trainings) to provide comprehensive services to clients, and assist clients in making an informed decision regarding healthcare options and resources and services available through EBCAP. Dental assistant in training East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a motivated individual who is interested in learning to become a Dental Assistant for a thriving practice at 19 Broadway in Newport, RI. The individual will have the opportunity to obtain paid, on-the-job training to become a Dental Assistant during the first six months of hire. Become part of our dental team and provide excellent and comprehensive care with a focus on quality, service and patient satisfaction.
