Administrative Assistant $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an opportunity for a highly qualified, self-motivated Administrative Assistant for our Health Center at 100 Bullocks Point Avenue in East Providence RI. The Health Center Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, clerical service and coordination of special projects to support the operation of the Health Center Administration and Quality team for the Integrated Health services. Research, recommend, and apply HRSA, NCQA, 340B Pharmacy, and FTCA licensing/accreditation standards to EBCAP practices; keeping well versed in requirements and changes to support the organization and the department.
EBCAP is offering a two-step sign-on bonus totaling $1,000 for external applicants.
The successful candidate will report to the Vice President /Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer and Quality Department; responsibilities include, however, not limited to scheduling and organizing trainings and conferences for health center staff, data input and submission of documents to a variety of local, state, and federal entities, administrative support for organization and submission of grants written and/or assigned by the CSO and taking detailed minutes at assigned meetings. He/she will research, recommend and apply Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) licensing/accreditation standards to EBCAP practices; keeping well versed in requirements and changes to support the organization and department.
The position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED required. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, engage in public speaking and provide oral presentations. He/She must also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
