Weatherization Supervisor

East Bay Community Action Program is seeking a Full-time Weatherization Supervisor for the Weatherization Assistance Program. The Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the weatherization installation division, including overseeing a team of 2-5 auditors/inspectors and administrative processes. Other responsibilities include: Creating and fostering a positive culture, meeting annual/quarterly productivity targets, orienting/training employees, recommending personnel decisions, ensuring exemplary customer service, engaging with vendors and monitoring financial activities, maintaining relationships with the utility companies and associated lead vendors, as well as complying with all program standards, QC thresholds, rules, and regulations.
- Actively contribute to program planning and monitoring. Responsible for maintaining program compliance and services as dictated by agency and/or contract.
- Supervise and train all program personnel, contractors, and auditors on procedures and policies as they relate to the Weatherization Program.
- Assist in supervising, training, monitoring, performance evaluations, and scheduling all staff.
Minimum required education:
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of two years of office/administrative experience.
- Three-five years of supervision experience.
- In addition to EBCAP pre-employment requirements, must also undergo background and drug screening in compliance with National Grid standards.
