IT Network Administrator $1,000 Sign-on Bonus

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full-time Network Administrator for our agency.  We are seeking an individual who can perform a broad range of IT-related tasks in support and monitoring of agency systems, networks, servers, workstations, applications, and employees.

EBCAP is offering a two-step sign-on bonus totaling $1,000 to external candidates. 

The Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the IT environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and providing end-user training as needed. He/she will work closely with various agency departments on software and hardware upgrades, including, but not limited to    NextGen Electronic Health Record (health, dental, behavioral health), Child Plus (Head Start), and Fulcimus (internal data warehouse project), etc.).

The position requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.  Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record is a plus.
