Behavioral Health Manager $2,000 Sign-on Bonus

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Behavioral Health Manager in our Newport location.  The Manager will assist the Vice President of Behavioral Health OR the Division Director of a particular behavioral health program (depending on location) in the direction of services delivered by licensed, non-licensed, and/or certified clinical staff to various related clinical programs.  Supervise and assess assigned clinicians.  Provide both clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff in compliance with licensing, accreditation, and organizational policy. Conduct appropriate performance evaluations according to center timelines.

Requirements: A master’s degree in a Behavioral Health field.  Independent Licensure required. (LICSW, LMHC, LCDP).

Due to the critical nature of this position to both the community and the organization, EBCAP is offering a two-step sign on bonus totaling $2,000 for external applicants.

Our clinician positions are eligible for the student loan repayment program through National Health Services Corps and the Rhode Island Loan Repayment Program as EBCAP has a competitive HPSA Score of 17.
