Health Advocate $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Advocate for our Health Center in East Providence, RI. The Health Advocate will provide specific assessment to EBCAP Health Center clients. Including but not limited to: Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ), Cage questionnaire, Social intake and Family Development Assessment. The successful candidate is a trained Navigator who will assist clients with accessing and enrolling in affordable health care through HSRI. He/she will ensure daily communication with providers and will update and maintain electronic files.

EBCAP is offering a two-step sign-on bonus totaling $1,000.

The Health Advocate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field and must be annually certified by the State of RI as a Navigator. Navigator training will be obtained through EBCAP as necessary.
