East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an immediate full time opening for a third shift Residential Group Home Case Manager for our residential group home in Providence, RI that serves up to eleven (11) adult men and women.

EBCAP is offering a two-step sign-on bonus totaling $2,000 for external applicants.

The individual in this “awake overnight” position supervises the safety and wellbeing of the clients during the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. He/she will perform housekeeping duties and administrative tasks, as well as assist and redirect clients during the night as necessary. He/she may occasionally educate and assist clients regarding household management, daily structure, adult daily living skills (ADL), nutrition, and food safety. All shifts require the observation and recording of self-administration of medications; and training will be provided to all new staff as necessary.

The Awake Overnight Residential Treatment worker will have a minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree in a Human Services field (or associate degree with two years of direct experience. The shift for this position is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
