Community Learning Center Site Coordinator $1,000 Sign-on bonus (EBCAP0938)

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full-time (35 hours per week) CLC Site Coordinator, located at Pell Elementary School, Newport, RI.

EBCAP is offering a two-step sign-on bonus totaling $1,000 for external applicants.

As a member of the NFCOZ Student Supports Team, the CLC Site Coordinator is responsible for implementing and maintaining the vision of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CLC) initiative by coordinating programs and services at the Pell Elementary School.  Duties include planning out of school time (OST) activities, daily supervision of program participants and staff, building and maintaining collaborative relationships with school faculty, staff, and community agencies, promoting parent involvement, and supporting the development and improvement of student’s social/emotional learning competencies. The CLC Site Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the advancement of NFCOZ initiatives and promoting the philosophy and mission of EBCAP, the NFCOZ, and the goals of the CLC initiative. Core duties include: Student Support, Family Engagement, and Support, Reporting and Evaluation, Community Connections/Collaborations, and Program Coordination.

The CLC Site Coordinator will have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in education or a Human Services field.
